Hi, I’m Bree Baldwin, the Owner and Creator of Fairwicks Candles.
Since 2019, I’ve been turning my passion for candles into a craft—exploring ways to make every home smell inviting, comforting, and uniquely enjoyable. From the very beginning, my goal has been to create candles that not only smell amazing but also complement any mood and transform a space into one you truly love being in.
Every Fairwicks Candle is made with care, intention, and a little bit of love. When you light one, I hope you feel the same warmth and joy that inspired me to create them.

What's the best way to burn
Fairwicks Candle?
For medium to large candles, we recommend a minimum burn time of 3–4 hours per use. Always allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges of the jar before extinguishing—this ensures an even burn and helps prevent the wick from “tunneling.”
Safety first: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles out of reach of children, pets, and flammable objects. Always allow the jar to cool completely before relighting or handling.
Following these simple steps will help you enjoy a clean, even, and safe burn every time.

At Fairwicks, we use Coco Apricot Crème Wax—a vegan blend of natural coconut and apricot, enhanced with a small amount of highly refined, food-grade paraffin to help our scents burn strong and last longer. Our wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and made from renewable sources, making it a safe and sustainable choice for your home.

Are our fragrances phthalate free? What is a phthalate??
All of our fragrances are phthalate-free. Phthalates are chemicals sometimes used to dissolve raw materials in fragrances, apothecary products, and medicines. While there are currently no regulations limiting their use in candles, concerns have been raised about potential health effects, particularly for pregnant women and children.
At Fairwicks, we choose safety and peace of mind—we will never use fragrances containing phthalates. While the trace amounts typically found in candles are not considered harmful, we believe that cleaner is always better. With our candles, you can enjoy luxurious scents without compromise.
How fragrant are your candles?
Our small candles are perfect for filling a room with just the right amount of fragrance, making them ideal for desks, bathrooms, or bedrooms. For larger rooms or spaces with high ceilings, we recommend using (2) 7oz candles or our wax melts to achieve a full, inviting aroma.
